OUR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
We have designed and implemented our risk-oriented quality management system in accordance with section 55b (1) sentence 1 WPO in conjunction with section 8 (1) of the WP/vBP professional code of conduct and Regulation (EU) No. 537/2014 (EU-APrVO).
We fulfill all relevant requirements of IDW QMS 1 „Requirements for quality management in the auditing practice“ and IDW QMS 2 „Quality assurance during the audit engagement“ for the performance of audits of financial statements under commercial law in accordance with § 316 et seq. HGB.
In addition to the professional obligation to establish a quality management system for the statutory audit, we have aligned our internal controls and procedures to ensure the highest quality standards at all times in accordance with Section 2 (1) WPO for all services we offer in all business areas.
