First Park Advisory is highly aware of the immense responsibility for defending against cyber security attacks on digital infrastructure and for complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to protect your personal data. Our investments in our IT security are primarily based on the highest security standards available on the market and only secondarily on business considerations.
We use a variety of applications for general office applications, for master data maintenance, for audio and video communication, for accounting, for carrying out annual and consolidated financial statement audits, for process visualization, for the data management and archiving system (DMS), for banking systems in the fiduciary area and for the customer relationship management system (CRM).
All of the software and hardware we use is subject to continuous monitoring by a specialized service provider. This service provider is responsible for patch management, configuring firewalls in line with constantly changing threat scenarios, updating virus signatures and the incident response process for detecting, reacting to, analyzing and adapting security incidents.
On the hardware side, we only use computers with specific security architectures such as Trusted Platform Modules (TPM) or similarly hardened machines.
We are already experiencing efficiency benefits through the use of AI. We currently use certified AI software in the area of auditing annual and consolidated financial statements and for research as part of our services.
